Terms and Conditions

The 2 Vehicles are selling in "As is as seen" condition. 5% Buyer Preminum will be added to the purchase price of the Ford Escape and 3% on the RV plus HST. If you are the highest bidder we will require a $500.00 Deposit at the close of Auction and will be returned if your bid is not acceptable. If accepted by the Owner we require the balance to be paid by Tue., June 27th. by 4pm by way of Certified Funds payable to the Auction Co.. . Note: We suggest that you make an appointment with us to inspect the 2 vehicles for your own satisfaction as to the condition and appearance of these vehicles before bidding as they are selling in "as is as seen with all faults". Placing a bid is a binding contract, so please do not bid unless you intend to pay and fulfill your obligation.
