Registration All bidders must have proper identification and register in order to bid. Registration will begin one hour prior to auction. Personal Property Terms Of Sale All items purchase must be paid for by cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover (3% convenience fee will be charged for all credit card transactions) the day of sale and before any items are removed from the auction site. All personal property is offered "as is, where is" with no warranted expressed or implied of any kind, and with all faults. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid to determine sales price. KY Sales Tax (6%) is charged on the total sales price of all personal property sales. Personal Property Removal All purchases must be removed the day of sale unless arrangements are made and approved with the auctioneer.
