After many years living in St. Clair Ray & Pat Schmitt have decided to travel the country in thier new RV. Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers is honored to be chosen to handle the liquidation of the assetts they no longer will need by public online auction. Many of you will know Ray & Pat as they both have worked live auctions for numerous auction companies over the years. Having said this Ray has collected 1000's of items he purchased at auctions to resell at the markets and other auctions. He is getting out of the business and selling it all. Along with these items they are cleaning out thier home and barn of all the personal items they will no longer need. If you can't find it in this auction then wait for the next one because this is only the first of two auctions we will condiuct for them. By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There are NO shipping options for this auction offered by our company. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up timeswithout exception. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however no sales tax will be charged. Shipping / Pick Up

- PICK UP IN NOT AT OUR BUILDING IN MEMPHIS!!! - THERE IS NO SATURDAY PICK UP FOR THIS AUCTION!!! This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options offered by our company for this auction. Pick up and checkout dates are Thursday May 24th from 10:00am until 7:00pm EST and Friday May 26th from 10:00am until 4:00pm EST. Pick up location is 1417 Adams St. Clair, MI 48079. Please bring packing materials and boxes if you think you might need them. There is no guarantee we will have anything available. Also be prepared to load and pack your own items and bring help if needed. We will offer help as much as we can but sometimes we get so busy we are unable to. All items must be paid for during posted times without exception. If you fail to pick up your items during this time then the credit card you registered with will be used to settle your invoice including all purchases and fees and lots will be considered abandoned. We are easy to work with as long as you make arrangements ahead of time. Please call if you have any issues.
