Description
Gow Litzenburger operated a successful landscaping business in the Harbor Springs area for over 30 years. Litzenburger Landscape was easily recognized due to their trademark vintage and excellent condition. This collection received the highest level of service and attention with many older machines being thoroughly rebuilt from top to bottom. Gow ceased operation in the spring of 2016 and is offering this collection at auction. The following equipment, trucks, tools, supplies and vintage petroliana are offered at ABSOLUTE AUCTION. This is a fantastic opportunity for landscapers, hobby farmers, do-it-yourselfers and collectors to bid on well maintained equipment and vintage items. This auction will be conducted at the Emmet County Fairgrounds. Preview available May 26, 2017 from 3pm to 7pm, or otherwise by appointment with Leist Auctioneers. Registration will be conducted during the preview to expedite auction day registration. Please take advantage of the early registration. Two rings will feature cataloged items and uncataloged items selling at the same time. Consider arriving early to avoid parking and registration issues. Bidders are encouraged to bring a partner to be able to bid in both rings.
Buyer Premium applies to internet bidders and credit card purchases. No Buyer Premium for onsite bidders unless paying with credit card. Greenhouses must be removed from Litzenburger property within 30 days. All items must be removed from auction site by 3pm on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. Any items not removed will be removed by auction staff and charged storage and handling fees. Cash, Check and Credit Cards will be accepted. Payment is expected at the conclusion of the auction by Cash, Check or Credit Card. All other arrangements must be made prior to auction with Leist Auctioneers. Online winning bidders will be contacted by Leist Auctioneers upon auction settlement. Buyers not able to be contacted to make payment arrangements will have their credit cards charged.
Shipping can be arranged through Petoskey UPS. Buyer responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs. Leist Auctioneers will deliver items to UPS for shipping at no cost. Leist Auctioneers not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping process. Items must be removed by 3pm on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. Any items not removed will be relocated by Leist Auctioneers. Buyer responsible for handling and storage fees if relocated.
