Description	All Safe Storage Chesterfield, MI Defaulted Storage Unit Auction Wednesday June 7th, 2017 10:00am Auction Start Time Auction Location - All Safe Storage 25542 21 Mile Road Chesterfield, MI 48051 Due to unpaid storage All Safe Storage of Chesterfield, MI has contracted Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers to sell by public auction the contents of units that renters have defaulted on. Currently there are 13 units available for auction. Number of units may change on auction day due to full payment of renter's invoice on the units. You may call All Safe Storage representatives at Howard Realty Group 586-228-2232 ext. 16 to be updated on number of units available. Gates will open for registration at 9:00am on auction day and auction will start promptly at 10:00am. Terms & Conditions Everything in units sold AS IS without any warranty implied or expressed. This is a CASH ONLY auction without exception. All buyers must pay their total bill in full immediately after the auction. Nothing may be removed from the units until the auction invoice has been paid in full. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and have valid driver's license or state issued identification. A $25 cleaning deposit will be added to the final bid amount at payout. This deposit will be returned once an All Safe Storage representative inspects the unit after it has been emptied and it is cleaned to their satisfaction. Everything must be removed from the unit by the buyer and unit must be broom swept before deposit will be returned. Onsite dumpsters may NOT be used to dispose of unwanted items. Everything in the unit must be removed from All Safe Storage property by 5:00pm the day after the auction Thursday June 8th, 2017. Buyers are responsible for securing the unit they purchase with their own locks once the unit has been sold. Locks are not provided by the storage company or the auction company. This is a live Auction. No internet bidding is available for this sale. Auctioneer conducting the auction has final say on tie bids, final bid amount and may accept or reject bids for any reason. No sales tax or buyer's premium will be charged for this auction. Number of units to be sold may differ from advertisement due to payment of storage fees before the auction.
