All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Russell's Auction Firm reserves the right to reject any bid at sole discretion. Applicable taxes are 5.3% to Virginia residents. 20% Buyer's Premium rate charged. Payment types accepted are Credit Card, Cash, Money Order, and Check. There will be a 3 % surcharge to buyer if items are not paid for within 3 days of auction ending date. After 10 days of not picking items up(Exception to prior agreements with Customers) You will be charged a $20.00 Storage Fee. We ship our own product out with no 2nd party shipper. Your items will leave within 3 days of payment received. If we package your order and shipping quotes do not satify you, you are expected to pay for items won and an addition 8.00 for packaging, cost, and time. Absentee Bids can be placed with Sandy prior to auction day. For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
