Written descriptions are our opinions and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. Lori Biechy Auctions attempts to catalog every lot correctly and will attempt to point out any defects but will not be responsible or liable for the correctness of the catalog or other descriptions of the lot. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. 2. The successful bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder. If any dispute arises after the sale, Lori Biechy Auctions sale record is conclusive. 3. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for items at the close of the auction. 4. There will be a 19% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot and it will be considered a part of the total purchase price. 5. There is NO Sales tax collected in this auction 6. PAYMENT - Items purchased through online bidding will be paid for in the manner described. MasterCard, Visa, Discover. Buyers have 3 Business days to pay or a dispute will be filed. 7. SHIPPING - After payment is received by LBA, items will be delivered to the UPS store and the UPS store will send you an invoice for shipping payment. 8. AUCTION PICK UP: Saturday June 10th till 4 PM and by appointment . You MUST have a paid receipt at time of pick up. NO ITEMS WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT A PAID RECEIPT. NO EXCEPTION. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM PREMISE BY JUNE 10th. 9. Lori Biechy Auctions shall not release the internet bidder from payment under any circumstances. All internet bids are binding. No Exceptions. 10. All perspective bidders must be registered and be approved by Lori Biechy Auctions. There will be "NO" exceptions. If you are not preregistered you will "NOT" be permitted to bid. Lori Biechy Auctions will email an invoice to declare you are the winner of the lot(s). Failure to make payment by will result in a dispute registered with HIBID and you will forfeit the items purchased.
