Description	Selling the Antiques and Household items from the home of the late Gary and Joan Tweedie. Gary was a longtime auctioneer in the Walton community and both he and Joan were very active with the Delaware County Fair for many years. There are many unique and interesting items.

Terms and Conditions

10% Buyer's Premium Cash or checks only. No credit cards Payment and pickup is Saturday May 27th from 9am to 4pm. Payments accepted are: Cash or Good Check, NO Credit Cards please. Anyone who does not observe the payment and pickup times will immediately have their credit card billed at 20% Buyer Premium. Additionally, if the auction is at a location other than our Bainbridge Facility, they will have to be moved and charges commensurate with time and labor for our staff to move the item(s) to Bainbridge will be added. Any items not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without any compensation. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. We realize that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and a simple phone call to our office may avoid these harsh terms. Grossly negligent offenders however, will be banned from all our future auctions.

We do not ship items. The UPS Store in Oneonta has serviced many of our bidders well. You can deal with them directly by calling (607) 353-3932 or email: store6676@theupsstore.com. Please call our office and arrange payment before sending them to pick-up.
