We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, you can come down and look at the items at our preview or by appointment. All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied unless we say an item is tested and working, then you have our word and a 48 hr guarantee (gives you time to get it home and plug it in). If you are in the area it's always a good idea to make an appointment and drop by and see the items. If you can't, please don't hesitate to email or call and we'll answer any question we can and usually take additional photos if requested. On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. It is your responsibility to pre-check the items and verify it to your liking. Previews are up to you so please call me and make an appointment and I'm usually available to come over and help. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots) Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment must be paid within 48 hours. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. Pick Up: at our location in Vancouver. It is easy to get to but please make appointment to make sure we will be available. Mailing: Yes, we can mail most items and cost is generally low so please feel free to ask for costs. We are not set up for shipping larger items.
