The 3 Vehicles are selling in as is as seen condition. 5% Buyer Preminum will be added to the purchase price plus HST. Note:Re 2012 Jeep: The highest bid will be forwarded to Trustees as this is a Bankruptcy sale for their approval following the close of Auction and we will notify the bidder by Wed. May 24 no later than 12pm either by E-Mail or by way of a Personal call. If you are the highest bidder we will require a $500.00 Deposit at the close of Auction and will be returned if your bid is not acceptable. If accepted we Require the balance to be paid by Wed May 24th. by 4pm by way of Certified Funds payable to the Auction Co. Re: Cadillacs- The highest bids will be forwarded to the Executor and we will notify the bidders by Wed. May 24th no later than 12 P.M. either by e-mail or personal call. If you are the highest bidder at the end of the Auction we require a $500.00 Deposit on each vehicle and the balance to be paid by 4 pm Wed May 24th.
