Our grading system is subjective and represents opinion based on the information we have available and believe to be correct. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. 3-This sale is Online Bidding only. A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) is required to register and bid. Note: we do not accept online payment at this time. See payment options below. 4- We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. For online bidding auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failure. 5- A Thirteen Percent (13%) Buyer's Premium is in effect for this sale with a Three-Percent (3%) BP discount for payment made in cash. 6- Collection of SC Sales tax as required by law is based on the point of delivery. Accordingly, SC sales tax (8%) will apply for this auction. Dealers must provide their Retail Tax License Number at the time of payment to avoid sales tax. No exceptions. 7- BIDDING: This sale has pre-determined bid increments and you can view them by clicking on the "Bid Increments" tab. The bidding increments are pre-set on a floating scale. You must bid at least the next increment. You can also place max bids (bid the maximum you want to pay for a lot before buyer's premium and sales tax is applied), and then let the system bid for you in increments until you either win the item or you are out bid. If you want to be notified by email when you have been outbid then you must choose that option at registration. If you put in a max bid it must be at least the next increment. Important: Make sure you pay close attention to the quantity field of every lot before placing your bid so you will know if you are bidding "all for one money" or "times the money." 8- AUCTION CLOSING: The first lot closes at 2PM EST on 5/2/17 with each additional lot closing every 30 seconds after. Soft close: A bid on a lot in the last 3 minutes before its scheduled close will extend the scheduled close for 3 minutes, and then so on for subsequent bids on the lot until a bid stands unchallenged under the parameters set for the soft close. 9- Successful bidders will receive an invoice via email following the conclusion of the auction. Invoices will be emailed by 10AM EST on Wed. 5/3/17 or sooner depending on what time the auction finishes closing the evening prior. Invoices will also be available at the pickup / auction location. 10- PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payment can be made at the time of pickup from the sale site. We accept cash, cashiers check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Our system will not process debit payments, only credit payments. Proper I.D. is required. Our cashier must call banks on all cashiers checks to verify their issue. If you are paying by cashier check you must arrive during normal banking hours allowing the cashier time to call the bank and verify the issue of the check. We no longer accept personal or company checks. If you wish to pay with a credit card ahead of picking up your items, you can call the auction company and we will take your credit card information by phone (803-429-3493). Under "Terms" you will find a link to our payment policies document. 11- Payment and Removal Schedule: Wednesday - Friday, May 3rd - 5th, 10AM to 6PM. All items must be paid for and removed by 6PM on Friday, May 5TH. No removals allowed before payment is rendered. THERE IS NO SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION. All items being sold are for local pickup only at the sale site: The former Bruegger's Bagels, 5225 Sunset Blvd. (Hwy 378), Lexington SC 29072. 5225 Sunset Blvd is a small strip plaza and the sale site is the unit on the far right end as you face the plaza. The Bruegger's marquee has already be removed. Hardship / Conflicts for this sale only: Requests for payments and/or removals beyond 6PM on 5/5/17 must be made and approved by the auctioneer prior to placing any bids in this auction. If you cannot meet the terms advertised for payment and removals, then do not register and bid in this auction without prior approval by the auctioneer. No exceptions. We do not encourage requests for extensions. However, if you are a serious buyer with a reasonable request for an extension, you can contact the auctioneer (803-429-3493) prior to the start of the auction to discuss the situation. We will accommodate you if we deem it prudent and solely at our discretion. NOTE: There is extended removal time being allowed for the large Baxtex oven in this sale but payment must be made by the buyer by 6 PM on 5/5/17. The buyer will have until 5/15/17 to remove the oven and will need to contact the auctioneer to arrange a time for the door to be opened for the buyer's crew to remove the oven.
