Auctions by Wallace may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. Auctions by Wallace is providing Internet pre-auction as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auctions by Wallace or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Auctions by Wallace will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Auctions by Wallace reserves the right to withdraw items in this auction. VA sales tax will be applied to all purchases. VA state sales tax at our business location is 5.3%. If you are tax exempt we must be notified and receive your tax exempt paperwork either prior to or immediately after the close of the auction. This can either be delivered to us by hand or sent via email. We do not accept faxes. Once received and reviewed you will receive confirmation that we have your information. If you do not receive confirmation from us it is because we do not have your information. If we have processed your payment with taxes it is because we did not receive your documentation in a timely fashion. We WILL NOT refund sales tax for any reason.
