AUCTION LOCATIONS: The auction will be held on site at 229 & 257 Confederate Ave., Jasper, GA 30143. INSPECTION: John Dixon & Associates’ representative will be on site Tuesday, April 18 from 10 AM to 4 PM. TERMS FOR LIVE BIDDING: All personal property must be paid in full the day of the auction by cash or check. A paid receipt from the auctioneer is required to remove any item from the premises. Items can be removed after the completion of the auction on sale day plus on Thursday, April 20, 2017 and Friday, April 21 from 10 am to 4 pm. Note: Georgia sales tax will be charged unless you are a dealer buying for re-sale with a GA Rev. tax exempt number. TERMS FOR ONLINE BIDDING: The online registration will need to be completed, including credit card information which will be verified and approved, and the credit card will be charged $1.00 for this process. If you are the successful bidder and do not deliver the full purchase price as shown on the invoice of sale which must be wire transfer within 24 hours, a charge of $1,000 will be placed on the account. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For each $1,000, a 10% buyer's premium of $100 will be added to arrive at the total purchase price of $1,100. Acceptance by the online bidding platform does not necessarily constitute an accepted bid by the auctioneer.
