1.) All items are sold as is , where is. It is 100% the bidders responsibility to be familiar with the terms used and the value is subjective and 100% the bidders due diligence responsibility without fail. We offer a reasonably fast shipping services and do NOT allow bidders to pick up items due to the nature of what we sell. Bidder agrees to pay a Buyer's Premium of 20% via Credit Card - 18% Via Paper Check or Bank Wire or ACH. All invoices more than $5000 will be required to be paid by check, bank wire or ACH - 4.) If for any reason you do not pay within 48 hours of end of auction, we will resell the items and the collected monies will go towards paying your invoice. Any shortages, you will still be liable for. 5.) Shipping will take place within 15 days of cleared payment. Tracking will be emailed to the bidders email.
